1. 接受条款

使用 Meyou 即代表你（"用户"）同意本服务条款。如果不同意，请勿使用本 app。

2. 资格

使用 Meyou 必须年满 18 周岁。我们保留要求年龄证明的权利。

3. 你的内容

你保留对你上传内容（照片、动态、消息、个人简介）的所有权。你授予我们在本 app 范围内展示这些内容所需的非独家、免版税许可。

4. 行为规范

禁止：

• 骚扰、仇恨言论、威胁。
• 未成年人相关内容。
• 虚假资料、假冒他人。
• 商业推广、垃圾信息、链接钓鱼。
• 非法活动、毒品、武器。
• 未经同意分享他人私密内容。

违反规则的账号会被警告、限制功能或永久封禁，不予退款。

5. Premium 订阅

Premium 由 Apple App Store 处理订阅与续费：

• 月费 RM 39.90 / 月，年费 RM 399.90 / 年。
• 付款在确认购买时通过 iTunes 账号扣款。
• 订阅自动续费，除非在当前订阅期结束前 24 小时关闭。
• 续费时通过 iTunes 账号扣取相应金额。
• 用户可在 iPhone "设置 → Apple ID → 订阅" 内管理或取消订阅。
• 取消后将在当前订阅期结束时停止续费，已购买的当前订阅期不予退款。

6. 安全与举报

用户可在 app 内对其他用户进行屏蔽 / 举报。我们会进行人工审核，但不保证响应时间。

7. 服务变更与终止

我们保留随时增删功能、修改本条款的权利。重大变更会在 app 内告知。

8. 免责声明

Meyou 是"按现状"提供的。我们不为用户之间的互动结果（包括但不限于线下见面）承担责任。请遵守安全见面常识。

Meyou Terms of Service (English)

1. Acceptance

By using Meyou you ("you") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older. We may require proof of age.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post (photos, Moments, messages, bio). You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content within the app.

4. Code of Conduct

The following are prohibited:

• Harassment, hate speech, threats.
• Minor-related content.
• Fake profiles, impersonation.
• Commercial promotion, spam, phishing.
• Illegal activity, drugs, weapons.
• Non-consensual sharing of private content.

Accounts in violation may be warned, restricted, or permanently banned with no refund.

5. Premium Subscription

Premium is handled by the Apple App Store:

• Monthly RM 39.90 / month or annual RM 399.90 / year.
• Payment is charged to your iTunes account upon confirmation.
• Subscription auto-renews unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• The renewal amount is charged to your iTunes account.
• Manage / cancel at any time in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Cancellation stops future renewals; no refund is provided for the current paid period.

6. Safety & Reporting

Users may block or report each other in-app. We review reports manually with no guaranteed response time.

7. Changes and Termination

We may add, remove, or change features and terms at any time. Material changes will be announced in-app.

8. Disclaimer

Meyou is provided "as is". We are not responsible for the outcomes of interactions between users (including any in-person meetings). Practice common-sense safety.
